This block is an energy, mineral and trace mineral supplement for growing, producing and reproducing animals on high quality pastures. These pastures normally contain sufficient protein but insufficient energy as well as in certain minerals and trace minerals.

Recommended Intake

Cow with calf: 1.5 - 2kg/head/day

Growing heifers: 1.3 - 2kg/head/day

Late pregnant ewes: 200 - 300g/head/day

Lactating ewes: 250 - 350g/head/day

Feeding Recommendation

Make sure all the blocks are placed on well-drained areas and that all animals have access to sufficient roughage or pasture where the lick blocks are placed.

NPN TREATMENT: NPN-poisoning can be treated with the addition of vinegar. Mix vinegar with an equal amount of water and dose ±400ml per head of sheep and 1.5-2L per head of cattle.
